Agent Opportunities

1. Agent Appointment Process

To become a United Heritage agent, you must submit an Agent Appointment Request and a representative from the company will contact you.

Following that discussion the following may occur:

  • In addition to completion of the online application, you must submit a Funeral Home Authorization which will allow you to write business naming a particular funeral home. A separate Funeral Home Authorization is required for each funeral home for which you write business.
  • A credit check
  • Once your application is submitted, the process is generally complete within 10 business days.
  • Upon approval, you will be assigned a writing number to begin submitting business to United Heritage.

2. Additional Authorization for Preneed Agents (Funeral Homes):

In addition to completion of the online application, you must submit a Funeral Home Authorization to be added to your files, and allow you to write business naming, a particular funeral home. A separate Funeral Home Authorization is required for each funeral home for which you write business for.

3. Agent Appointment Request
