Our experienced underwriting team carefully reviews each request for proposal. Our goal is to offer each potential client a tailored benefit package that best fits their specific needs.

To prepare a group proposal we need

  1. Name of company
  2. Address of company
  3. Nature and headquarters of company
  4. Census-list of eligible employees including
    1. Gender
    2. Age or Date of Birth
    3. Salary (for STD, LTD and Salary-base Life plans)
    4. Job titles (for LTD plans)
  5. Requested plan design(s)
  6. Current certificates of coverage
  7. Current/Renewal rates
  8. Experience if requesting
    1. Life and Long Term Disability Proposals for over 500 lives
    2. Short Term Disability proposals for over 100 lives
