The funeral goods and services provider may also receive a commission from United Heritage. The payment of commissions does not affect the cost of your funeral prearrangements.

The insurance producer may also be acting on behalf of the preneed seller and/or the preneed provider. The preneed sales agent is a sales agent of the preneed seller.

In the event the policy proceeds exceed the prearranged cost for funeral/cemetery merchandise and services, the excess proceeds will be payable to a secondary beneficiary. The family or representative of the deceased has the right to change the prearranged provider of funeral/cemetery merchandise and services upon the demise of the insured.

The insurance producer may also be acting on behalf of the preneed seller and/or the preneed provider. Proceeds of the life insurance policy will be paid to the preneed provider for merchandise and services purchased, and any excess proceeds may be payable to the secondary beneficiary. An insurance policy is not a preneed contract. If you wish to make arrangements for final disposition, a separate preneed contract is required.
